Note, this system will deliver the voucher directly to the recipient via email, if you would prefer to have the certificate delivered to you instead, simply input your email address in the recipients email field. Note, to purchase a ‘physical’ gift certificate, please contact the clinic.
Terms & Conditions
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed towards any Healthwise service. Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for any other legal tender (cash, EFTPOS, credit card or gift card). Gift Vouchers are the equivalent of cash. If lost or stolen, vouchers will not be replaced. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. Expired Gift Vouchers do not retain any value. Gift Vouchers must be presented upon arrival.
