This treatment supports natural detoxification, immune function, and healing, and is commonly used to manage swelling and fluid retention throughout the body.

Lymphatic Massage Plus (MLD) (Inc. Advanced Technology)

Is an advanced, gentle treatment that combines hands-on manual  lymphatic drainage (MLD) and integrating advanced technology to optimise lymphatic flow, reduce fluid retention, and support immune function.

Pregnancy Massage

A supportive treatment designed specifically for the mother-to-be.

This tailored massage session uses pregnancy-appropriate techniques to reduce muscular tension, support postural changes, and promote comfort throughout pregnancy.

Our clinic uses a specialised pregnancy cushion, allowing you to lie face-down comfortably throughout all stages of your pregnancy taking pressure off the lower back and hips during treatment.

Photobiomodulation Therapy (PBMT) - LED/ Laser

Photobiomodulation (PMBT) – LED/Laser Therapy uses red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular healing. It helps reduce pain, inflammation, swelling, and muscle spasm while supporting tissue repair and protecting injured or degenerating tissue. This therapy increases oxygen levels and energy production to sick and injured cells, enhancing the body’s natural healing response.

For best results, 2–3 sessions per week are recommended during the healing phase. Sessions typically last 10–30 minutes and are non-invasive and pain-free.
